Bukit Sembawang Estates Limited was incorporated in Singapore on 27 June 1967, and was listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange Main Board in 1968. The principal activity of the Company is investment holding whilst the principal activities of the subsidiaries are property development and property investment.

We are one of the pioneer property developers in Singapore and have spent the last 60 years honing our craft as a property developer of fine quality homes. We have established a reputable corporation that has provided dividends for our investors.
